Delivery fees

Direct courier services for all local deliveries is free of charge with a minimum of S$60 spent. For purchases below S$60, we charge a nominal fee of S$4.50 for direct courier delivery.

Shipping (Standard Delivery)

Once you've placed your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Your order will be processed within 1-2 days (excluding preorders/backorders/peak periods), before it is shipped out. Our logistics partners would typically have the order delivered to you within 3-4 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). Expect up to 7 working days to receive your order, exclusions to occur during festive and peak periods.

Express shipping

- A nominal fee of S$14 per location for Express Deliveries (2 days, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) 

Tracking of parcels

You can track your order here once you have received an email on Shipment Confirmation and a tracking number will be provided to you in that email.

Exchanges & Returns

Unsuccessful deliveries

Please ensure that the correct address is provided during checkout. Should you have any incorrect details provided upon checkout, please DM us (no calls) via WhatsApp at +65 8898 7037 within 12 hours.

We will not be liable for any forms of lost parcels due to incorrect/missing details of address. In this case, no returns or refunds are applicable. If re-delivery is required due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, the customer will have to bear the cost for full postage and repackaging fees.


Damaged or Incorrect items

We strive to keep you satisfied with the items you received. We apologise should you receive a damaged or faulty item. If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at, or contact us via WhatsApp at the number above, with your order number and a photograph of the item you received within seven (7) days of receiving the item.

A new item will be sent to you via our logistics partner to retrieve the defective item at your doorstep to complete the exchange upon delivery of the new item.

For wrongly sent items, it must be returned back to its original condition. If the item is no longer in stock, we will inform you when the stock will be replenished, or issue you a refund (in store credits) instead.
